MISJA I CEL SPŁYWU
1. Spływ Wrocław Berlin 2020 jest międzynarodowym spływem rzekami Odrą i Szprewą na trasie z Wrocławia do Berlina, w dniach 2–12 lipca 2020 roku. Misją spływu jest ochrona rzek i mórz przed odpadami. Celem spływu jest popularyzacja różnorodności przyrodniczej i kultury szlaku Odry i Szprewy, a także promocja ekologicznej turystyki kajakarskiej.
WARUNKI LOGISTYCZNE SPŁYWU
1. Podczas spływu będą zapewnione:
- miejsca na namioty i biwaki
- wraz z (jeżeli będzie to możliwe) możliwością skorzystania z toalet i pryszniców;
- oraz transport uczestniczek i uczestników, i kajaków po zakończeniu spływu z Berlina do Wrocławia.
2. Spływ odbędzie się w standardzie „Zero Waste”, czyli każda uczestniczka i każdy uczestnik zobowiązują się do ograniczenia ilości odpadów, jakie wytworzą podczas spływu, oraz posprzątania każdego biwaku, na którym się zatrzymają.
3. Każda uczestniczka i każdy uczestnik muszą być samodzielni i samowystarczalni.
4. Każda uczestniczka i każdy uczestnik płyną z całym swoim wyposażeniem w kajakach.
5. Trasa spływu jest określona, ale może ulec zmianie ze względu na sytuacje nadzwyczajne, np. warunki atmosferyczne, choroby, awarie oraz inne wydarzenia losowe.
6. Podczas spływu nie towarzyszy przewodnik ani pilot.

WARUNKI PRAWNE I PORZĄDKOWE SPŁYWU
1. Spływ nie jest imprezą masową. Spływ jest społeczną akcją, w której każda uczestniczka i uczestnik biorą udział dobrowolnie, na własną odpowiedzialność, ryzyko i koszt.
2. Uczestnictwo osób w wieku poniżej 18 lat jest możliwe tylko pod opieką rodziców lub opiekunów prawnych.
3. Każda uczestniczka i każdy uczestnik spływu zobowiązują się płynąć w kamizelce asekuracyjnej oraz posiadać w kajaku apteczkę pierwszej pomocy i sprzęt do naprawy kajaka.
4. Przybycie na każdy biwak musi nastąpić najpóźniej do godz. 21.00. Jeżeli ktoś zechce wyjątkowo pominąć którykolwiek z wyznaczonych biwaków, musi wcześniej poinformować o tym Koordynatorów spływu.
5. Każda uczestniczka i każdy uczestnik, którzy nie stawią się na mecie dziennego odcinka, np. z powodu pogody lub stanu zdrowia, są zobowiązani do poinformowania (np. przez telefon komórkowy) Koordynatorów spływu o swojej nieobecności, najpóźniej do godz. 20.00 tego samego dnia. W przypadku nieuzasadnionego braku takiego powiadomienia i gdy nieobecność spowoduje uruchomienie akcji poszukiwawczej, uczestniczka lub uczestnik spływu poniosą wszystkie koszty takiej akcji.
6. Koordynatorzy spływu nie odpowiadają za uszczerbki na zdrowiu uczestniczek i uczestników spływu, i uszkodzenia ich sprzętu oraz za wynikające z tego konsekwencje.
7. Koordynatorzy spływu mają prawo do wykluczenia uczestniczek i uczestników ze spływu w przypadku naruszenia warunków niniejszego regulaminu.
8. Uczestnicy zobowiązani są podporządkować się zarządzeniom Koordynatorów spływu, którymi są:

WARUNKI FINANSOWE SPŁYWU
1. Każda uczestniczka i każdy uczestnik musi wpłacić do 31 maja 2020 opłatę organizacyjną w wysokości 500 zł (lub 120 Euro) na konto Fundacji OnWater nr 84 1090 2503 0000 0001 4414 2581 (z dopiskiem: Spływ Wrocław Berlin). Opłaty organizacyjne pokryją koszt organizacji spływu: biwaków, transportu uczestników spływu i kajaków po zakończeniu spływu z Berlina do Wrocławia oraz produkcję pamiątkowych koszulek dla uczestników spływu. Opłaty organizacyjne zostaną zwrócone wpłacającym w przypadku odwołania spływu lub rezygnacji (do 15 czerwca 2020!) z udziału w spływie.
MISSION UND ZWECK DES RAFTINGS
1. Recycling-Kreuzfahrt – Breslau Berlin 2020 ist eine internationale Kajaktour auf den Flüssen Oder und Spree, auf der Strecke von Breslau nach Berlin, vom 2.-12. Juli 2020. Die Idee der Fahrt ist es, Flüsse und Meere vor Abfällen und Verschmutzung zu schützen. Ziel ist, die Vielfalt und Kultur der Oder- und Spreeroute sowie die Förderung des Kanutourismus.
LOGISTIKBEDINGUNGEN DES RAFTINGS
1.Während des Raftings gewährleisten wir die Möglichkeit der Teilnehmer zu zelten auf Campingplätzen mit sanitären Anlagen (falls vorhanden). Der Rücktransport aller Teilnehmer sowie der Kajaks nach dem Ende der Abfahrt von Berlin nach Breslau wird angeboten.
2. Das Rafting findet nach dem "Null-Abfall"-Prinzip statt, d.h. jede Teilnehmerin und jeder Teilnehmer verpflichtet sich, die Menge an Abfall zu reduzieren, die sie während des Raftings produzieren, und jeden Platz zu säubern, auf dem er/sie verweilen wird.
3. Alle Teilnehmer müssen unabhängig und autark sein.
4. Alle Teilnehmer transportieren ihre Ausrüstung in Kajaks.
5. Die Route des Raftings ist festgelegt, kann sich aber aufgrund von Zwischenfällen ändern, z.B. Wetterbedingt, im Krankheitsfall, Notfälle und andere unvorhersehbare Ereignisse.
6. Der Kajakfahrer wird während des Raftings nicht begleitet.

RECHTLICHE UND ADMINISTRATIVE BEDINGUNGEN DER KAJAKTOUR
LEGAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Rafting ist keine Massenveranstaltung. Das Rafting ist eine soziale Aktion, an der alle Teilnehmer freiwillig, auf eigene Verantwortung, Risiko und Kosten teilnehmen.
2.Die Teilnahme von Personen unter 18 Jahren ist nur unter der Obhut von Eltern oder Erziehungsberechtigten möglich.
3.Jeder Teilnehmer/-in des Raftings verpflichtet sich, eine Sicherheits- Weste zu tragen und über ein Erste-Hilfe-Set und eine Kajak-Reparaturausrüstung im Kajak zu verfügen.
4. Die Ankunft jedes Campingplatzes muss bis spätestens 21:00 Uhr erfolgen. 21.00. Wenn jemand ausnahmsweise einen der ausgewiesenen Campingplätze auslassen möchte, muss er die Koordinatoren im Voraus informieren.
5. Alle Teilnehmer, die nicht im Ziel der Tages-Etappe erscheint, z.B. Wetterbeding oder aus gesundheitlichen Gründen, sind verpflichtet, die Koordinatoren (z.B. per Mobiltelefon) über ihre Abwesenheit, spätestens bis 20.00 Uhr des selben Tages, zu informieren. Bei Nichteinhaltung und wenn aus diesem Grund eine Rettungsaktion auslöst wird, trägt der Teilnehmer/-in alle dadurch verursachten Kosten einer solchen Maßnahme.
6. Die Rafting-Koordinatoren sind nicht verantwortlich für eventuelle Gesundheitsschäden der Teilnehmer/-innen des Raftings, sowie etwaige Schäden an ihrer Ausrüstung und für daraus resultierende Konsequenzen.
7. Die Rafting-Koordinatoren haben das Recht, Teilnehmer/-innen im Falle eines Verstoßes gegen die Regeln dieser Allgemeinen Bedingungen zu jedem Zeitpunkt auszuschließen.

DIE FINANZIELLEN BEDINGUNGEN DER TOUR
1. Alle Teilnehmer müssen bis zum 31. Mai 2020 eine Organisationsgebühr von 500 PLN (oder 120 Euro) an die Stiftung OnWater-Konto zu zahlen PL84 1090 2503 0000 0001 4414 2581 . Diese Gebühr deckt die Kosten der Tour: Camping, Transport der Teilnehmer und Kajaks nach dem Ende der Route von Berlin nach Breslau und die Herstellung von Erinnerungs-T-Shirts für die Teilnehmer der Kajaktour. Organisationsgebühren werden zurückerstattet, wenn das Rafting oder der Rücktritt (bis zum 15. Juni 2020!) von der Teilnahme storniert wird.

MISSION AND VISION
1. “Recycling Kayaking Tour – Wroclaw Berlin 2020” (later referred as “the tour”) is an international tour down the Odra and Szprewa rivers from Wroclaw to Berlin between 2nd and 12th of July 2020. The motto of the cruise is the protection of rivers, seas and oceans from pollution. It also promotes the regional biological and cultural diversity as well as kayak eco-tourism.
GENERAL LOGISTICS RULES
1.The participants will be provided with:
- camping spaces for tents,
- toilets and showers (subject to availability),
- transport from Berlin to Wroclaw after the completion of the tour.
2.The tour follows the principles of “Zero Waste”. As such, all participants are strongly encouraged to reduce waste they generate and leave every campside clean of any rubbish.
3. Every participant is expected to be independent and self-sufficient.
4.Every participant must have and travel with their own equipment.
5.The itinerary of the tour is determined in advance, however, it may change due to any unexpected events (for example: weather, sickness, accidents).
6.There will be no guide or pilot during the tour.

LEGAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
1.The tour is not a mass event but a non-for profit social initiative. Participants join at their own risk and at their own cost. Everyone who takes part in the event is fully responsible for their own safety and wellbeing.
2.The participation of minors (below 18 years old) is only possible if they have an accompanying parent or guardian.
3.All participants must wear the life vest and have a First Aid and a repair kits in their kayak.
4.All participants must reach each camping no later than at 9pm. Any changes to the itinerary must be notified to the tour Coordinators as early as possible.
5.Every participant who is not able to reach the destination point (for example due to sickness or weather conditions) is obliged to notify the tour Coordinator before 8pm on that day. Where a participant fails to make contact and, as a result, a rescue action is initiated, the participant is liable for all costs of such action.
6.The Coordinators are not liable for any damage to health or equipment of the participants.
7.The Coordinators have the authority to exclude from the tour anyone who fails to adhere to the rules included in this document.
